1.Q: Cannot search the video file when playback video

    A: Please check if the SD card is broken;

    Please check retrieval time of video file and check the system time of camera;

2. Q: When check live video, suggesting that the password is wrong

    A: Please check if the remote access password is right as it is set when adding camera. If the password     is wrong, please correct it by clicking camera list and choosing editIf forget the password, press

    “Reset” button and restore the device to factory default setting (default setting is blank. Need to set up

     new password when adding camera at the first time, otherwise, remote access will not be possible)

3. Q: Device is offline on the device list

    A: Please check if the internet is working and if the internet LED is on.
